Pumpkin Spice-Squash was a mainstaple of the Native diet. Here I add a little extra spice for warming and enlivening!

Dried Fruit Compote-Cranberries, apples, pears, plums and elderberries slowly cooked with apple cider over an open flame …Need I say more?

The Origins Thanksgiving Collection has been created in honor of and with respect to the Native American Tribes of the Northeast. These four, earthy, bold flavors are made with ingredients native to the lands where these tribes thrived freely and lived in harmony with the earth for millennia.
