Welcome to a world of Sensuous Delight! Here are listed the myriad truffle flavors I have created over the years. Every month I select 2-4 flavors from this list, as well as from new inspirations as they come, and create a collection specific to the mood and season of that particular month. Please note that only these specific chosen flavors will be available on a changing month-by month basis.  For instance, this months truffles are the Mothers Day Goddess collection in honor of the Mother Goddesses within!!! All my truffles are offered from the source of inspiration, with reverence, love and serious fun! Blue Lily and Gold~

Lavender Luna~

Calming to frayed nerves, soothing to the core, Lavender Luna gently rocks you into a state of easeful repose and grace. With essences of moonstone and Jacaranda blossoms for restoring emotional balance and a feeling like being in the most tender embrace.

Pomegranate Rose~

Zesty, passionate, wild and fruity, this truffle conjures the stomp and the swirl and the rhythm of the flamenco dancers of Andulucia. Made with the essence of a single red rose under a crimson lunar eclipse, this chocolate is for hearts unabashed

Rosa Vanilla~

Cardamom Rose~

Cardamom, an one of the worlds most ancient, sensual and erotic aphrodisiac spices combines with sweet rose to make an exotic and romantic blend that teases, titillates and makes swoon…. Tangerine Vanilla~

Mayan Mocha~

Cacao (chocolate), known by the ancient Mayans as the “food of the Gods”, was once combined with regional spices to concoct a special beverage for the royalty, the elite, the warriors and the Priests of the Mayan civilization. In this truffle we celebrate the sacred and lofty origins of chocolate consumption by combining robust mocha flavor with the ancient spices cinnamon, chili and vanilla. Contains Sunflower Essence for strengthening the powerful and radiant expression of self.

Thai Jasmine~

Blood Orange, Orange Blossom, Honey and Nutmeg~

Oolala! Dripping, sweet, effulgent, light, rich and ever so slightly spicy, this truffle reminds one of a stroll through orange groves on a late summer’s eve in some Mediterranean village by the sea, kissing the one you love as the sun sets gold and orange through the blossoming citrus and olive trees …. With essences of Orange Calcite and gold for brightening even the dullest of moods!

Acai with Balinese Black Pepper~

Exotic is the word. Think draping vines, ripe, purple fruits, sunlight streaming through forest canopies, jungle temples, the call of the wild….

Mango Rose~

Made in Honor of the Goddess Lakshmi, Hindu Goddess of Wealth and Prosperity, this truffle is the epitemy of Lushness, fullness and Radiance. With Essences of Ruby and Gold.

Black Fig Black Muscat~

Figs are known as the fruit most reminiscent of a womans most secret place on her body, honey, as the sweet nectar of the gods and wine, a Bacchanalian beverage as ancient as the days that induces states of reverie and wild abandon… These three ingredients combined create an experience ripe with luscious mystery and full of nights aching promise…..With essences of amethyst and sapphire.

Wild Raspberry~

A Chocolate for the trickster within!!! Raspberry wine sensuously swirls with Black Raspberry Preserves with a spicy kick at the end that’ll send you  howling under the moon-a complex and sexy blend full of surprises! With essences of garnet and red rose for encouraging daring, deep, ardurous play!!!!

Strawberry Serenity~

Blueberry Mmm…~

Hestias Hearth~

A gorgeous synergy of Chai Spices with hints of Vanilla, Orange and Cayenne, this truffle was made in honor of Hestia, Greek Goddess of the Hearth and Keeper of the Eternal Flame. Song of Selene~

A velvety, swoon-worthy, alluring delight blessed by the heavenly grace of Selene, Far-winged Goddess of the Moon. A rapturous blend of Coconut and Vanilla infused with essences of Moonbow, Moonstone, Celestite, Blue Star Sapphire, Blue Lotus, Gardenia and Pearl, this is a far-reaching, swirling chocolate epic that just may take you into the mesmerizing arms of Selene herself…A taste of heaven on earth!

Dream of Oshun~

Coconut, Honey and Vanilla swirl with essences of pearl and gold in honor of the Yoruban goddess of rivers, sensuality and grace. Be swooned!!!!

Wild Plum~

Rich chocolate ganache drenched with preserves and liqueur of wild plum rolled in raw cacao nibs then drizzled in luscious chocolate. This truffle invokes the Wild Divine of Mother Nature at her deepest and finest. Infused with a hint of secret spice and essence of Green Jasper for restoring the earthly feminine. Made in honor of Mother Earth Goddess Gaia.

Ruby Fireflower~

A spicy, deep, ancient and mysterious truffle honoring the Hawaiian Goddess of fires and volcanoes, Pele and the passion that spark all of creation. With essences of ruby, fire opal, lehua blossom and a dash of daring cayenne.

White Lotus/Vanilla~

White Lotus/Vanilla- An etheric, peace invoking blend in honor of White Tara, the hindu goddess known as the Great Compassionate Mother, Mother Creator and Great Protectress. This truffle is lovingly infused with vanilla and essences of lotus and diamond and represents the element of air.

Pink Water Lily~

With Essences of Pink Water Lily, Balinese Floating Temple and Gold for a sense of ease and royal repose. With hints of strawberry and vanilla!

White Water Lily~

The purest of its kind.. The simple elegance of white water lily and dark chocolate.

Golden Day Lily~

With Essences of Golden Day Lily, Citrine, Soltice Sun and Orange Calcite for activating light embodiment and joy! Made with golden, ripe peaches and a hint of lemon.

Durga “The Invincible”~

Sandalwood and Rose infused ganache with essences of Lotus, Gold, Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire and Pearl.

Durga is the great Hindu goddess who rides the backs of lions and tigers, whose eighteen arms wield weapons, flowers and mudras, whose fierce compassion and independence redeems situations of utmost distress. Durga manifests fearlessness and patience, and never loses her sense of humor, even during spiritual battles of epic proportion. She is Divine Mother, Shakti.

Sekhmet~

Port soaked Figs, Date Syrup, Frankincense and Myrrh infused ganache with essences of Gold, Bloodstone, Tiger’s Eye and Sands of the Sahara.

Sekhmet is the Egyptian Lioness warrior goddess whose name means “power” or “might”. She is the noontime sun, intense blinding heat, goddess of fire. She whose breath created the desert, whom led assured victory in battle, who was protectress of pharoah, she who holds the cure for all diseases.

Freya~

Amber Honey, Vanilla and Cinnamon infused ganache with essences of Ruby, Amber and Northern Lights.

Freya is the great Norse goddess whose unbridled sexuality is legendary. She is wife of Od, romantic sensualist, goddess of death and war, she who wears the magical necklace of amber and rubies known as brisingamen, the irresistable one, who rides on chariot of cats, whose armor causes the resplendent lights of the Aurora Borealis to flicker and shine…

Jasmine Green~

Let your senses be swooned with this delicately perfumed, graceful, high grade Jasmine Green Tea truffle. Infused with essence of Jadeite Jade for calm, centeredness and timeless simplicity. Refined.

Rooibos Chai~

Spicy, zesty, earthy and sweet, the African herb Rooibos, couples with Chai spices to make an exotic and luscious chocolate experience. With essence of Gold for self-worth realized and attracting great abundance. Warm.

Mint Mate~

Pure Mint and the South American herb, Mate, combine to make a crisp and vibrant party on the tongue! With essence of Brazilian Quartz for mental clarity and pure energy. Vital.

Pu-erh~

This “large leaf” variety of Camellia Sinensis from the Yunnan province of China speaks of rich earth and musty cave-aged depths. A unique, fragrant, bold yet refined truffle flavor. With essence of Rhodolite Garnet for earthy embodiment. Deep.

Chestnut Maple~

Roasted chestnuts combine with pure, sweet maple syrup to create a rich, hearty and satisfying chocolate experience.

Pumpkin Spice~

Squash was a mainstaple of the Native diet. Here I add a little extra spice for warming and enlivening!

Dried Fruit Compote~

Cranberries, apples, pears, plums and elderberries slowly cooked with apple cider over an open flame …Need I say more?

Vanilla Eggnog Delight~

Rich, frothy, creamy eggnog* handsomely infused with fresh vanilla and sprinkled with nutmeg. A classic.

Espresso Corretto~

Deep dark espresso laced with Grand Marnier and orange zest. Topped with candied orange peel and coated and infused with gold.

Hot Buttered Rum~

Amber Rum swirls with velvety butter* to make this classic winter libation into a unique chocolate truffle experience!

Hibiscus Ginger~

The electrifying synergies of Pink Hibiscus and Candied Ginger come together as a zesty, spicy, quintessentially Hawaiian flavor for lovers of the wild and pure kine!
